Patriotic it may not be but as a Teesside girl I am firmly on team Massa after chatting with F1 engineer and staunch Boro guy Rob Smedley. There he is, Filipe Massa’s best buddy, literally a whisper away from the smoking tyres and glamour of the F1 world. An amazing Boys’ Own dream job and yet a guy so very cool about his achievements, for reasons which you can read about in this issue.
